Collaborating with much acclaimed Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc, we looked for inspiration in the vegetable garden of his Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons near Oxford. The area for growing mushrooms inspired us to look closely at chanterelles, the relief texture and the name of the range were born.

We were challenged to design something creative, functional and fun within the 25 piece range. This led to the creation of a feature product and all-time favourite here at Studio Levien, the Olive Dove - when you have eaten the olive, the dove will eat the stone.
